Skill Up was born in Rome in 2016 from the encounter between two professionals with a strong background in business consulting and adult education. The company started with a clear vision: to empower people and organizations by developing the skills they need to grow, adapt, and thrive.
What began as a small initiative has evolved into a dynamic training and consulting company working across Italy and Europe. Today, Skill Up counts on a stable core team, a network of experienced trainers and researchers, and a growing portfolio of national and international partnerships. We operate from our headquarters in Rome and our local unit in Pescara, and deliver both onsite and digital services.
