The Diversity at Work project stemmed from the partners’ shared need to contribute to the inclusion and integration into the labour market of a particularly hard-to-reach group: people with cognitive disabilities. The project focused on mild cognitive disabilities compatible with non-demanding work activities, supported by tutor supervision.
